Hair Prep:

Please prep your hair prior to service. We prefer stretched, clean, dry, and detangled hair in order to make braiding easier. You may use oils, but only on the mid-shaft and the ends, not the roots.

Grace period:

We offer a twenty minute grace period. After that we will have to bump your style to the next size up if necessary to complete your braid style in the alotted time that you booked.

Cancellation or rescheduling:

Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your set appointment. Thank you!

Payments:

We accept Zelle, Cash, Cash app, Venmo, debit or credit.
